Appointment and Fee Questions

What service options are there?

Standard sessions - 45 or 60 minutes

Emergency Sessions - 90 minutes

Sessions are typically scheduled weekly however, we establish the frequency together.  

Options range from 2x/week to maintenance sessions of 1x/month.


Do you accept any insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider.

Many clients are able to bill their insurance company to receive out-of-network reimbursement. You will be provided with a statement monthly to submit for reimbursement if you would like.


However, it is important to check your specific policy. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company and ask these questions if unfamiliar with your out-of-network coverage:


What is my coverage for out-of-network, outpatient mental health services?

Do I have a deductible?

Do I need preauthorization?

How many sessions are covered per calendar year?

How do I submit for reimbursement?

What type of payment do you accept?

Payment is due at the time of services.  

The  process works directly through your secure on line portal.

Clients are expected to cancel with a 24-hour notice to avoid being charged for the missed session.

I have questions that were not answered.  

Is it ok to call and ask them?

Absolutely!  These are just some of the most common questions.
